Terms and Conditions Please read carefully the following terms and conditions of this website and place your order only if you agree with them. By placing an order with us you are accepting in full the Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions can only be changed by us, and from time to time such changes will be made on this Site. We reserve the right to edit or delete any content of this Site and/or remove any goods and services for sale.
Payment We use all major credit and debit cards through the PayPal facility.
Delivery As soon as your order has been received by us (ie.as soon as you have an order confirmation e-mail) we will do our best to ensure that the goods you have ordered are delivered to you as soon as possible, within 3 working days. Please bear in mind that sometimes there is unavoidable delay in delivery, which is beyond our control. We will therefore not be liable for any delay, loss or damage suffered by you as a consequence of a third party's error. This delivery time does not apply to the bespoke bags. Bespoke bags are of a variable dispatch time due to fabric and hardware choices and manufacture. Guideline is usually around 3 weeks.
Returns and refunds policy We would like you to be pleased with your purchase. However, if for whatever reason you are not happy with it and would like to return it to us, you can do so within 7 days of the day of the purchase, provided the item is returned to us in a new and unused condition, with the original packaging and tags attached. We will then refund you the whole amount of money (excluding the delivery charge) within 28 days. This does not apply to bespoke items.
If upon the arrival of your item you find the goods are damaged or the wrong product has been posted to you, we will follow your instructions to either exchange the goods or reimburse the whole amount of money you have paid for the purchase (including the delivery charge).
While returning your item you should pack it carefully to prevent it from getting damaged in the post. Please attach your details to it (your name, address, order reference number, reason for the return and your instructions related to the action you wish us to take with respect of your return). We also strongly suggest you obtain a certificate of posting as we cannot accept responsibility for lost packages.
With regards to the bespoke range this is non-refundable as it is a commissioned product. If the product is damaged then a refund will be issued upon its return.
Import Duties Please bear in mind that all shipments outside the UK may be subject to import duties and taxes which you are obliged to pay once the shipment arrives in your country. We cannot predict what customs clearance charges you will have to pay and it is your responsibility to pay them, and therefore you will not be entitled to cancel your order because of this.
Intellectual property Is the property of Leone Starr Designs! No content of this Site may be used, reproduced, copied, sold or modified or in any way exploited for any reason without our consent. All content available on this Website (images, graphics, text, logos, images) is the property of Leone Starr Designs and is protected by UK and international copyright laws.
